1. Pizza Recipe
You will enjoy making pizza at home and even get more excited to get taste of your handmade item. For this you need following things:
- Chicken Boneless ¼ kg cubed
- White Flour ¼
- Oil /butter 2 tbs
- Yeast ½ tbs
- Salt/ Sugar
- Red chilies crushed
- Black pepper
- Oregano + Chinese salt
- Chadder/ Mozzarella Cheese
- Capsicum 1 qty
- Tomatos 4 qty
- Green chilies
- Onion 1 qty
Making pizza dough: First take the white flour, yeast ½ tbs, sugar ½ tbs and salt to taste together to mix it well. Add ½ cup of water in it and mix it again well and then leave it for 1 - 2 hours. Pizza dough will be softer when it is stored in warm place and check it up when it will be doubled in size. Now your dough is ready.
Making pizza souse: This souse is differ than a souse we usually get in the market, although it is available in some places but it is better to make it at home. For making pizza souse put 2 tomatos, onion, green chilies, oregano ½ tbs, Chinese salt and black pepper to taste in a grinder and shake it. Put this mixture in a pan to boil it for 5 minutes and then add oil/butter 2 tbs in it and boil it till it becomes thicker. Now put off your souse and place it to cool place to get ready for pizza.
Making topping material: Put oil 2-4 tbs in a pan let it warmer and then put the boneless chicken pieces in that pan and fry it till it get red than add cuttings of tomato and Take small capsicum cuttings put it into that pan to fry for just 1 or 2 minutes only. Now put this material into a pot and add black pepper, red chilies crushed, salt to taste and some cheese to make a mixture for topping.
Baking Pizza: Roll down the dough and place some souse on it all around on top and place it into pizza pot. Put the topping material on it and expand evenly then put some curshed chadder/ mozzarella cheese on it. You can put black olive and mushrooms cuttings to make it more delicious.
Now place the pizza pan into the oven and bake it for 15-20 minutes on 220° C then place it out and serve.
Note: if you don’t have the oven, get a larger pan and place some stones in it put it on the stove to heat it up for around ½ hour. You can place the pizza to bake in this larger pan and place the top to cover it for heat.
2. Strawberry Cream Cake
We usually bring cake on special occasion of our life, it can be taken with tea or even after/ before having meal. Why not trying it at home to add your love by making it with more excitement for your family or anyone special. You will need the following things:
- Eggs 4 qty
- Sugar 1 cup
- White flour 1 cup
- Baking powder 1 tbs
- Cream 1 cup
- Strawberry 4 qty
- Oil/ butter ½ cup
Making Cake: Beat the eggs in a pot put sugar and beat again to mix it well with eggs put this material into white flour, add baking powder and then oil to mix it well. Add some water to make it a little loose as to make it softer.
Put all this material into a cake pan and place it into oven for just 325° F for 30 minutes. Place out the cake pan and let it dry and cool for 1-2 hours.
Adding Cream & Strawberry: Cut cake into half horizontally, add some cream then add remaining cream on the top of the cake. Slice down the strawberries and put it on the top of cake cream.

Now serve to your guest/ family and celebrate the moments of your life.
3. Drink Soothie Banana
Drink Soothie Banana to revitalize yourself, take a drink that fulfills the need of your body . For Soothie Banana drink, you will need:
Banana 1 qty
Milk 1 glass
Vanilla extracts 1 tbs
Egg 1 qty
Sugar 2 tbs
Cinnamon 1 pinched
Make the Soothie: Just put all these things together in a blender. Shake it well and pour it in a glass and put crushed cinnamon on the top.
Serve this drink in breakfast and revitalize yourself all the day.
